Standards meeting report – kitchen furniture

A meeting of ISO TC 136 WG5, the International Standards committee responsible or looking at standardising the sizes of kitchen furniture was recently held in Nuremberg.
The main work of the committee was to look at the revision of revision of ISO 3055 Kitchen equipment coordinating sizes. and it looks as if the standard will closely resemble the European standard EN 1116. The final action is for China to check the standard sizes of appliances that are used in the country.
