Flammability Regulations Consultation Update – OPSS responds to questions
During the Furniture Industry Research Associations Flammability Regulations Consultation Forums in September, members from all sectors of the furniture industry came together to discuss the proposed changes to the UK flammability regulations for domestic upholstered furniture.
Questions were raised by members regarding the proposed new approach to fire safety of domestic upholstered furniture and these were sent to the Office of Product Standards and Safety (OPSS) for clarification.
