EU Exit - Guidance for no deal scenario - update 13 March 2019
Recent meetings with BEIS has highlighted concerns that many UK businesses may not be prepared for the scenario of the UK leaving the EU without a deal.
This may be due to uncertainty on how this will effect individual companies or where information can be found, lack of resource to commit to research into options available, or insufficient resource to invest in a plan when a deal could still be agreed.
To this end, the government are engaging with industry and have produced a broad range of information to help businesses make sufficient preparations and ensure a level of continuity if the UK leaves the EU without a deal.
To help its members, the Research Association has complied a guidance document on a no-deal Brexit, which can be accessed below.
