A minor change to the European Standard for children’s chair mounted seats has been published.
BS EN 16120: 2012 +A2: 2016 has had a minor change, or corrigendum, made in July 2018. The minor change is to a drawing within the standard, figure 13, which is the symbol used to warn parents of the minimum and maximum ages/weights of children who can use the product.
This change does not technically alter the standard, or the standard dated reference and therefore should not affect manufacturers or retailers who already have products on the market in accordance with the standard.
