UK Declaration of Conformity Guidance and Template

Significant changes between an EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and UK DoC are with reference to the legislation and standards listed.

A UK DoC document is required to list the UK regulations and Designated Standards. So the differences between UK DoC and EU DoC manifest in that the UK DoC ceases to refer to EU directives and now refers to the equivalent UK regulations.

This resource provides an overview of the requirements of the UK legislation together with a ‘Declaration of Conformity’ Template which can be edited and rebranded as required.
