REACH, POPs and Biocides Chemical Compliance Templates

This resource includes guidance notes and editable templates for the three key areas for chemical compliance, to help demonstrate your company's understanding of the chemicals used within your products and show evidence from the supply chain that the materials comply with the requirements of REACH, POP's and BIOCIDAL Regulations.

The three templates are:

• UK & EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation of Chemicals) Declaration of Conformity
• POPs (Persistent Organic Pollutants, Stockholm Convention) Declaration of Conformity
• GB & EU BIOCIDES (Biocidal Products Regulations) Declaration of Conformity
